Sakura Walk provides reservation services for popular themed cafés and restaurants in Japan that are often fully booked within minutes.
We will make our best effort to secure a reservation on your behalf at your desired café or restaurant.

2.2. Reservation Guarantee:
While we strive to secure every reservation, we cannot guarantee availability.
If we are unable to confirm your booking, we will refund 100% of any amount paid.

2.3. Reservation Accuracy:
We process applications based on the details you submit.
Sakura Walk is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
If an error caused by us leads to a failed reservation, our liability is limited to the reservation fee paid.
We are not responsible for any indirect losses, including missed opportunities or additional expenses.

2.4. Reservation Cancellation:
Once you submit your reservation request, our service begins immediately.
By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge and consent to this.
After submission, your request cannot be canceled unless specifically stated otherwise.

2.5. Service Nature:
Sakura Walk is a private, third-party reservation service and is not affiliated with any government agency or with the official websites of the cafés or restaurants we assist with.
We provide the following services:

Reservation handling and submission
Email customer support during business hours

Sakura Walk does not guarantee that every reservation will be accepted, as final approval depends on the café or restaurant’s availability and policies.

2.6. No Partnership:
These Terms do not create any partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and Sakura Walk.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.

3. Customer Responsibilities

3.1. Accuracy of Information:
You must provide complete and accurate information when submitting your reservation request.
We are not responsible for delays or failed bookings caused by inaccurate details.

3.2. Compliance with Café Policies:
You agree to follow the rules and policies of the café or restaurant.
Sakura Walk is not responsible for any refusal of entry, schedule changes, or cancellations caused by the venue’s decisions.

4. Relationship with Restaurants

4.1. Independent Service:
Sakura Walk is not an official partner of any café or restaurant.
We act solely as an intermediary to assist with booking.
Any issues related to dining experience or in-store policies should be addressed directly with the café.

5. No Ticket Reselling

Sakura Walk does not resell tickets or charge extra for access.
Our fees only cover service time and administrative costs for processing your reservation request.

6. Payment and Refund Policy

6.1. Payment Timing:
You will only be charged after your reservation is confirmed.
This ensures a fair, risk-free booking process for every customer.

6.2. Refund Policy:
If your reservation cannot be completed, you will receive a full refund.
Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after notification.

7. Privacy and Data Handling

7.1. Data Use:
You authorize Sakura Walk to collect and manage your data for the purpose of handling reservations.
All personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7.2. Secure Payment:
Payments are handled through trusted payment processors such as PayPal or Payrexx AG, using encrypted connections for maximum security.

7.3. Data Sharing:
We may share limited information with trusted partners (e.g., Trustoo.io) to collect verified customer reviews.
