Please note that we can not reserve a specific time due to the high demand.
Please note that we do not resell tickets; our service focuses solely on getting the reservations for you. As soon as your reserved spot becomes available, we will secure the reservation directly under your name.
In the vast majority of cases, we can send you the reservation confirmation via email at least 10 days before your visit to the cafe. During peak times, especially in the cherry blossom season, there may be delays, and in such instances, you will receive your confirmation at least 24 hours before your visit. In the very rare cases where we are unable to make a reservation, you will receive a full refund, including all fees.
The confirmation of your reservation will be sent to your email address. Please present the reservation details at the cafe.
We strive to secure your preferred date, and while such instances are rare, if we cannot fulfill your reservation, you will receive a full refund of the reservation fee. We believe in transparent and fair practices.
